Like many others, I have severe anxiety going to a dentist. Foundations Perio has amazing providers & staff. They put an effort to make you comfortable with your treatment. Dr Fatima Tiwana takes time to explain everything & puts patient’s comfort her top priority without rushing through things. I drive 40 minutes to go to this clinic. Highly Recommend!

Great location! Everyone is welcoming & friendly. Dr Fahtama is absolutely amazing! She is very talented & professionally gifted. She explains everything beforehand & checks during procedure constantly to see how I’m doing. Her soft touch & meticulous care is such a gift- Maddie & Melissa are awesome as well! All with such careful touch given throughout entire appointment.- including all post-appointments. The communication between these wonderful professionals is so calming & relaxing- something I really appreciated. I highly recommend Dr Fahtama & her fantastic team- I would give 10 stars if I could!

Dr Tiwana is amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and explains step-by-step processes while being very compassionate and making you feel comfortable. She is experienced and highly competent in her field of expertise! All other staff at this facility are very competent and answer questions right away. Services are provided in a timely manner and also contact information is shared in case it’s needed outside of office hours following the procedure. I highly recommend Dr Tiwana for implants and other services that fall under periodontology!

I saw Dr. Fatima Tiwana at the Foundations office in Chaska. I was very pleased with the very kind courtesy of the staff! This was my first visit. I was there for a consultation re some gum issues. Dr. Tiwana put me at ease right away. She was above & beyond attentive to my concerns. Was thorough in her exam and answered any questions I had. Seeing a dentist/periodontist can be stressful in and of itself. The staff at Foundations strive to make the experience as pleasant as possible.

I want to share my experience! Dr. Fatima Tiwana is an ANGEL, I have always been afraid of the dentist and have never been. First time i feel nervous and anxious but Dr. Fatima show me that is nothing to be worried about, she makes me feel safe and she the example of “be always passionate for what you do”. She is an AMAZING PERSON! Dr. Fatima Tiwana thank you for this amazing experience, now i am going to take care of my teeth! And make you feel proud of me!!

Dr. Tiwana is excellent. She was so gentle and caring. The staff was polite and helpful.

I have had two mouth/gum surgeries in the last year (July of 2023 and January of 2024). Dr. Tiwana performed each surgery with excellence and great care. She treated me like family, made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the surgeries, and kept my pain to a minimum. Not only was my mouth treated well, but Dr. Tiwana treated me as a person with dignity and respect, as did the other staff at West Lakes Dentistry in Chaska. All my questions were answered patiently and until I understood, and Dr. Tiwana makes herself available post surgery as well for any follow up questions or concerns you may have, and in fact responds to those questions or concerns. You will not find better holistic care for your gums if you decide to work with Dr. Tiwana, and your mouth and teeth will receive the same care with West Lakes Dentistry in Chaska and Mound (where I go to get my regular cleanings). I was asked by one of the dentists to write this review and I do so gladly, encouraging anyone seeking gum or teeth care to work with Dr. Tiwana and West Lakes Dentistry.

Wow, what a great addition to the community. The entire staff at Foundations are so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, warm, and inviting. Dr Tiwana and her team truly care about their patients. The staff at Foundations are amazing. The doctors are thurough when treatment planning and take the time to explain what you need! Paired with a brand new, beautiful clinic- this is the place to go. 10/10 would recommend!

Great dental office with a spa atmosphere, Dr.Tiwana is a fantastic periodontist. She makes you feel comfortable during the procedure and listened to my concerns. 5 star office!

Amazing place. Dr.Miner is great!!!! The staff is excellent and very welcoming! Do not hesitate to get dental work done here. I recieved extensive dental work here and I can’t express how thankful I am at how great everyone is here. Dr.miner, danyelle, Nikki, and lauren are all beyond awesome. Professional people and are making something that is very nerve racking to me, a very easy and welcoming process.

We have been really happy here since switching dental offices. Very clean environment and the staff is all friendly and professional. To top it off they are all amazing with children! My young daughters have had only positive experiences and enjoy coming!

It’s hard to beat the dentist I had growing up which created a positive impression of dentists for me — but West Lakes I’m Chaska has done it! Everyone I’ve worked with is thorough, efficient, and super nice. Also, Colleen is fantastic. She goes the extra mile when dealing with insurance, she provides estimates before services are performed, and she has fit me into the schedule last minute.
