About Dr. Dylla
Dr. Russell Dylla, an experienced and trusted Periodontist, has been actively practicing Periodontics and Dental Implant treatment for over 17 years, and is thrilled to meet you and help serve the needs of the Twin Cities community.
Dr. Dylla brings a wealth of experience and expertise, specializing in surgical and non-surgical periodontal disease treatment, advanced dental implant surgery and work-flow, complex and simple sinus elevation, and cosmetic hard and soft tissue augmentation/reconstruction.
Dr. Dylla’s background includes private practice, lecturing on various periodontal related topics, and serving as an Adjunct Associate Clinical Professor for the University of Minnesota Periodontology Division. He has exceptional treatment planning, as well as sequencing skills on complex and multiple tooth replacement cases. Dr. Dylla provides outstanding patient care with a focus on education and communication. He collaborates with referring dentists and their patients to provide the highest quality of care and achieve predictable, successful outcomes.

About Dr. Strand
At Foundations Sleep, our mission is to improve the foundations of health by partnering with our physician colleagues to provide sleep apnea treatments. We are dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health, well-being, and confidence through our comprehensive services. With a focus on personalized care and innovative solutions, we aim to enhance the foundation of our patients’ overall health and quality of life.
Dr. Strand is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. She has advanced experience in dental sleep medicine and is committed to continuing education and expanding her knowledge base in this field. She is an active collaborator with sleep physicians, internal medicine physicians, cardiologists and others in the medical community to assure her patients receive the best possible care. Dr. Strand received her dental degree from the University of Minnesota. She has also been an adjunct professor at the U of MN Dental School.
Outside of the office, Dr. Strand enjoys a variety of outdoor sports and spending time with her family at their cabin in Northern WI. She is an avid reader, knitter and a flutist in a flute quartet.
